Additional features, including paid plans, premium competitions, and certifications, may be introduced over time.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, code, graphics, logos, and materials on Avichala are owned or licensed by Coders GenAI Technologies.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform's content without prior written permission.
- You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your contributions in learning and competition contexts.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform ethically, lawfully, and for educational purposes.
- Do not upload malicious code, perform security testing, or attempt to access restricted areas.
- Do not use Avichala to generate, share, or promote misleading or harmful AI-generated content.
- Respect all intellectual property rights when using AI models and datasets on the Platform.
7. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Some features, including premium competitions and learning tracks, may require payment. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected. Payment details are handled securely by third-party processors (e.g., Dodo Payments). Refund policies will be clearly communicated at checkout.
8. AI Content Disclaimer
Avichala's content may include AI-generated or AI-assisted material for educational and demonstration purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content. Users are encouraged to verify information independently and apply human judgment in professional or academic contexts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coders GenAI Technologies and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Avichala at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of AI tools. Upon termination, your access to stored content or competition data may be restricted.
11. Third-Party Links and Tools
Avichala may integrate with third-party APIs, AI models, or data providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent civil courts in Bangalore (India).
